Hotel was very nice and clean, except for cold shower.

Disliked: Yes, when I went to take a shower in the morning, the water was cold.

Good value and I'd stay...

Liked: Check in staff was very friendly to our Grandson who has Autism. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: Slight smokey/musty smell in the hallways. Room was totally fine.

Grateful for our little getaway...

Liked: It’s a yearly tradition that me and my friend stay here while tubing in Harpers Ferry. We love the breakfast, location and friendly staff :)
Disliked: I think the hallways can get very hot and sometimes smell of stale smoke. The shower drains don’t work super well.

Liked: The hotel is great. Had a nice breakfast in the morning, and it was close to the track. Also, it had a bar with machines, and I hit for a nice amount. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was awesome, too.

The rooms aren’t fancy or...

Liked: I liked the set up. The room had a balcony and it overlooked the nice yard/ outdoor space. It was close to everything like shops and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: All of the outer doors we unlocked. It says they are locked at all times and a key card was needed to open them but there weren’t locked. That’s a minor issue but for safety purposes I would have preferred them locked.
