Hotel was very nice and clean, except for cold shower.

Disliked: Yes, when I went to take a shower in the morning, the water was cold.

I would highly recommend staying...

Liked: Room was very clean and was in good condition. Well stocked restroom.
Disliked: The only issue I had was the ice machine was empty but made do.

Liked: The location for the event we were attending.
Disliked: Have stayed here for every visit. This visit wasn’t quite as pleasant. They put us in a unit across the parking lot and when I asked about moving into the hotel side the front desk gentleman said they were booked. I know for a fact they weren’t 100% occupied tho because I could still book a unit online. He didn’t even offer to accommodate us with the move. The units across the parking lot have a very low ceiling and my boyfriend’s head was almost touching them. The shower made a horrible whistle when you were showering and it killed the ears and the tub didn’t drain causing nasty stuff to be left inside the tub after showering once it finally drained 2hrs later. The stairs and railing for the units across the parking lot are not safe. And no elevator access. There’s also a weird open light bar that goes across the head of the bed that was collecting dust and cob webs. All in all this stay wasn’t as pleasant. Next time I will request to be on the side attached to the front desk.
