I hate this place because...

Liked: I had a horrible expirence. Never got my money for incidentals. I was treated like crap! And when I called to complain I was hung up on. There’s a corporate number I guess but at this point I know they won’t refund me.
Disliked: Everything about this place was great until you deal with the staff

Nice, comfortable and clean. Great...

Liked: It was clean and comfortable and close to the airport
Disliked: I booked through you… Booking and it said there was no pick up or drop off for the airport. You need to change it because now they do offer that service. It would’ve made my life a lot easier!

Liked: The purpose was for our 6th grade field trip students so the rooms were spacious enough, they loved swimming they got 2 great breakfasts 2 days in a row, the hotel was convenient to our activities we were doing. The price was (somewhat) reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing
