Liked: We were there for our 10 yr anniversary and the manager of the hotel made our room very special. That's why evey year we go there
Disliked: Didn't realize the hot tub was removed

Good

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hallways felt dated, the carpet was not helping matters and could have done with being replaced.We used the pool twice, the first time, the pool vacuum had been left in and we had to ask for it to be removed. The next morning the pool area had not been tidied from the day before. There were overflowing baskets of dirty towels and some left on chairs and fresh ones had not been topped up.

Bad

Disliked: The pool was not in use. this was the only reason we booked there. we ended up cancelling as soon as we got there but haven't gotten our money back yet.

Pleasant

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Floor was beautiful. Great location.
Disliked: Was charged a higher price for room with balcony. Booked thru booking.com. stated second floor rooms were accessible by elevator. Find out elevator and stairs. Due to limit mobility could not take that room. Instead hotel gave us bottom floor room. Charged us for balcony more expensive room. Contacted hotel said they could not change it. Also bathroom not clean. Plain and simple not clean.

Amazing views and convenient location.

Liked: AMZING VIEWS! comfy rooms and close to downtown. Sitting on the balcony and sipping coffee was amazing in the morning.
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated and need updating, but for the price I can't complain. I would stay here again.

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Room was good sized, not cramped. We actually liked that the room wasn't carpeted, and the shower space and pressure was excellent! Their breakfast is great, too, definitely a good start especially if you're prepping for hiking activity. IMO their included breakfast outshines every other place I've stayed.
Disliked: Given that the Lodge was doing remodel and update work last time we were there, it was surprising to see that room furniture seemed dated (green and orange chairs?), and the shower floor/wall didn't look very well kept--either not cleaned well, or not maintained properly.

Liked: Breakfast was good and hotel was quiet
