Liked: Location was great. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Nice breakfast, very good coffee, fresh fruit. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Very worn and unusable chair in room. Online description did not indicate bath was not en suite. Window shade could not be raised after lowering it. Water turned cold during morning shower. Ceiling fan was covered in thick dust - would have been nice to be able to use it.

Unique and stress free. Nice...

Liked: Beautiful old mansion on large farmland in rural setting, but not too far from town. Very idyllic. Lovely breakfast area. Birds singing in daytime, lightning bugs at night.
Disliked: All good.

So much potential

Liked: Beautiful home & landscaping (peonies blooming out front smelled fantastic). Everything inside was clean. Our room was very attractive and spacious.
Disliked: One of the main reasons we choose bed and breakfasts is because B&B's have "from scratch" breakfasts (instead of the UPF foods served at chain motels). We enjoyed the fresh fruit, but were taken aback at being served soggy, cold Grands brand packaged biscuits, imitation orange juice, and frozen type fried hash browns. Just uggh. Everyone has different sleep needs but we slept fitfully as the bed and pillows were too hard for us and the scented laundry detergent left an overpowering odor.
