Liked: The Manor was amazing, beautiful renovated house from the 19th century. We had a wonderful time, the surrounding was beautiful, staff was excellent.

Liked: It was a wonderful experience, we’ve been almost alone in the whole manor. In the evening we saw deers outside. The owner is a very kind person. If you want to run away from city’s noise - this manor is a perfect place

Liked: We needed to leave before breakfast was served and could not get it earlier, so cannot comment. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was recently updated.
Disliked: Main stairwell was a circular stairway, which was very loud and squeaky; you could not step on the stairs without making a lot of noise (and I am a small person).

An amazing and unique place.

Liked: Great to have breakfast served at a proper dining table.This place is a real stateley home and gives one a feeling that we were staying in the luxury of 2 centuries ago!
Disliked: Lack of communication, nobody there to greet us on arrival, we just had to enter a code and let ourselves in, felt very strange!

Lovely B&B where you are...

Liked: The Rockwood Manor is a beautiful home. We enjoyed relaxing in the library. Our room had a beautiful view of the front of the property. We were fortunate to have snow flurries during our stay. Christy was happy to accomodate our preferences for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed genealogy and Virginia history discussions with Frank.
Disliked: We loved our stay and have no recommendations for improvement.
