Nice night away

Liked: Loved the balcony off the room ..
Disliked: Didn’t like they didn’t have chairs on the balcony and no soap in the shower or for the sink totally was out in both containers

Reservation process screwed up

Liked: I like the hot breakfast included.
Disliked: We were given the incorrect room due to a double booking and we were charged in full again even though we prepaid. Still waiting for a refund 2 days later.

Worst experience I have had...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Had to sleep on the exercise room floor the first night due to the loud music coming from the events center which shares a wall with the room.. The phone in the room did not work so had to walk to the front desk contstantly. The staff was not helpful or communcative about options for the loud music or offering alternatives.
