Wouldn't go back

Disliked: When I arrived there was a man hanging around in the carpark. I instantly got a feeling of unease. I was nervous to leave my car. He he continued to lurk around for a couple of hours. I was afraid to leave my room. I called reception and they said he is always there and they would tell him he was making the guests uncomfortable. Not really great for business.

Disappointed with my stay.

Liked: Not alot, staff were friendly and allowed checkin 45min early
Disliked: Mouldy bathroom, when showing water went everywhere, shower head height was not great for an average person. Only one full pillow for each person. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Hole in ceiling like maintenance was happening below aircon unit. Laundry was piled up at bottom of stairs upon entry stopping access.

Disliked: General appearance is poor Asked about a toaster told we don’t supply toaster I asked for a second chair as we don’t like sitting on the bed to watch TV or eat. and I felt is was an effort.

Disliked: Cockroaches in the room in the bed had to spray the room and told staff. No response
