Great location

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The hostel is conveniently located in the center of Rotorua, near the shops and restaurants. The hostel is huge and provides lots of different areas to hang out. The room had a dresser which you could lock to keep your stuff.
Disliked: Room was extremely basic. There were no chargers by the beds. Everything felt a bit outdated. I felt the place could have been a bit more clean.

Amazing place to stay, would...

Liked: The staff were so amazingly helpful and knowledgeable, especially dale, who not only helped me get a free shuttle service for one thing I was doing but also helped me considerably with other aspects of my trip for well after I would be leaving rotorua
Disliked: Nothing, the one small issue I had was very promptly sorted out by the staff
