I would definately stay at...

Liked: I had a cottage and it had just want I needed. There was no loud noises from neighbors. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the bed made.
Disliked: The electric plugs were not enough. To use the coffee pot had to be moved to be used - unplugged refrigerator to use it.Other then that there was nothing else.

Over priced and Needs to...

Liked: Location to kewaydin state park and boat launch/ docks
Disliked: Tiny room, no bathroom fan, noisy HVAC unit, not updated to include chargers, 2outlets in entire room, poor water pressure, dingy off white towels.
