VERY DISAPPOINTED

Liked: BREAKFAST
Disliked: We paid for a King Suite and didn't get it. The bed was a queen bed which wasn't very comfy.We spoke with the owner, and he blames booking.com for the inconvenience.We were told if we needed anything to text the inn keeper, and we did that and didn't get any response.We needed ice and towels.The trash can in the room is very small and filled up quickly and there wasn't any where to dispose of it.The fireplace didn't work properly.There wasn't a microwave in the room either which was very inconvenient.We asked the owner if we could use the microwave in the main house and his response was he might be around later.The tissue in the bathroom was very cheap.We booked this cottage because we stayed there before in 2023 which we enjoyed every moment,but this time around it wasn't so pleasant.

A Little Disappointing

Liked: Staff was friendly, dog friendly, lovely individual cottage, beautiful grounds with plenty of indigenous flora and fauna (lots of deer). Super cute and sweet. The private jetted tub in the room was really nice too.
Disliked: There are two major requirements of any good B&B: a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. This place had neither. The bed in our cottage was the worst I had ever slept on. It was lumpy, no lumbar support, and head of bed sat lower than the foot of the bed. We looked under the bed the morning of our departure, to make sure we didn't leave any shoes, dog toys, etc behind, and notice bed had been broken and rigged back into place with boards. We only stayed two nights. We ate the breakfast our first morning there, it was mediocre, at best. The food didn't taste bad so much as: 1) odd serving choices (beans and hard boiled egg), and 2) lack of beverage choices (coffee, water, or nothing). We didn't eat there the next morning. In fact, we were probably over half way home by the time they even served it. We also had issues with the internet service, which effected their streaming only television service.

Superb

Liked: The best breakfast in Eureka Springs! Super host. Bed very cushy and comfortable. I would go back again without reservation.
Disliked: Rock pathways to cabins very uneven. Not a problem for most, but a little hard to travel with suitcases and supplies for a couple of old ladies!

Wonderful

Liked: Flowers were blooming on the property and were beautiful! Breakfast was awesome!
Disliked: Parking was tight, but i Also drive a suv.

My sister and I had...

Liked: So very quaint….once the gardens are redone the place will be stunning…the Innkeeper had recently purchased so he is busy bringing it back !!! Breakfast was super nice and way filling!!!

Liked: Cottage was Wonderful. Tucked in Cozy Quiet part of town. Easy access to downtown Fun!! Steven are Innkeeper fanatic!
