Liked: Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We was at a family wedding and it was a very enjoyable event thanks to the hotels staff working with the families involved.
Disliked: Housekeeping could have been more consistent. Items were not replenished every day.

Liked: Location was good. The room was comfortable. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Several restrictions on the pool and jacuzzi, specifically for kids. We specifically booked this place for the kids to enjoy the pool but they were hardly able to use it because they can’t use it past 5:30 pm. The also couldn’t use the jacuzzi. Several things out of order - the sauna and also the jacuzzi the first day we were there.

Liked: Location was excellent, rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. Evening meal options were great and tasted amazing. Leisure Centre lovely and very spacious and clean, steam room out of order which was a pity but rest of facilities excellent, ample showers, hairdryers and changing spaces.
Disliked: Breakfast was all served as table service, it was lovely and tasty and staff excellent but felt very confining and not a nice experience having to ask for everything even when children just wanted a second glass of juice or an extra slice of bread.

Liked: Loved everything about this hotel. Location is good, lovely layout and rooms are great. The food and service was excellent out of Suttons bar.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor, it was table service. I'd much prefer the buffet option. Full irish was abit tasteless
