We cannot stay there again...

Disliked: The room was not handicapped assesible at all we cannot stay there again and ice machine dont worked and lots of things in room need repair ☹️

Liked: Other than location there is absolutely nothing positive about this run down junkie infested crap hole
Disliked: There was one staff member that was friendly and helpful. Every other person and employee that I had the misfortune of having contact with was rude foul-mouthed junkies yes even the help were visibly intoxicated and constantly trying to scam u out of anything they can and then when u would refuse to give them anything they they would become verbally abusive and try and intimidate me and when they couldn't do that they called my room and started threatening my wife and made her leave while I was gone of course all though they were sure to keep my money . The only thing I would recommend this establishment for would be demolition and police raid

Liked: Good location, close to shopping, downtown, and Mayo.
Disliked: No major problems, but a handful of annoyances. Booked a king and they switched to double queens. Very leaky toilet flapper that was so bad the toilet was topping off every 7-8 minutes. The bathroom faucet was connected backwards, so the hot was to the right and cold to the left. One of the beds had no top sheet on arrival. And the ice machine took 3-4 minutes to deliver 1.5-2 cups of ice. Though an employee (or possibly owner) did bring a tray of ice to my room shortly afterwards.

Disliked: There was an odor that persisted entire stay. May have been cleaning ingredients odor but was not pleasant. Bed was not comfortable.

Easy access to downtown.

Liked: Easy checkin, checkout. Easily accessibility. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The building was a little dated.
