Rochester Hotel by Blue Orchid

Apart from what I have...

Liked: Location was good, staff friendly and the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Rooms a bit bland, bed was very firm and for the price I paid had no outside view which came as a bit of a surprise considering I booked a room in January 2024.

An OK stay, but overpriced.

Liked: The location was very close to metro stations. The property was clean and tidy.
Disliked: One section of the building elevators that were not working due to construction. The front desk person had no idea. The mattress and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows were way too small for adults.

Disliked: The bed was a little too hard for me but I'm fussy

Nice busy hotel, booking in...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable,it was a bit of a walk to get to room a lot of stairs. Breakfast was not very good £22.50 and it was cold scrambled egg, cold sausages , not very warm bacon, no toast, no teaspoons on tables, , I thought quite bad for the cost you pay , and a four star hotel.needs improving.
Disliked: Breakfast

Liked: The beds in this hotel were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept it. Centrally located in a very safe neighbourhood. We were in a twin room. The room size was very acceptable. Double sink in bathroom. Would stay here again. Staff was helpful and pleasant.
