Liked: I liked the junior suite room with courtyard view; it was clean, comfortable, and quite large. I also liked Dominic, the bellhop. He was polite, friendly, and informative. Also, the location was perfect; you would ,be hard pressed to find a better location in all of Paris. The breakfast wasn't bad either.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I was charged twice for our stay. While the second erroneous charge was reversed when brought to the hotel's attention, my credit card was not refunded the full amount charged because of a currency conversion loss. Apparently, a hotel "system change" caused the second charge. When I brought the currency transaction loss to the hotel's attention they said it wasn't their fault. It certainly wasn't mine either. A somewhat snooty staffer made us wait in the lobby for a full hour after check-in time before we could access our room, again claiming "system change" problems. Our stay did not start out on the right foot, although we were given a couple of free drinks vouchers at the hotel bar for our troubles. I had to ask for them though, hearing from someone else that they might be tendered. Finally, four of us paid the concierge 90 Euros each (cash only) for what we were led to believe was a private Louvre tour. It was a large group tour. Avoid the cash only concierge desk.

Liked: Fantastic location, very central and easy to access metro. Lovely room and decor.
Disliked: Bathroom was small but to be expected in central Paris!
