Superb

Flooded bathroom evidently not important

Liked: It's a nice hotel, fairly comfortable. Friendly people and staff.
Disliked: We had a problem with the toilet overflowing and flooding the area.For some reason this was not resolved quickly. In fact, I had to make several calls to the front desk, then go down there.We were left to wait for maintenance to come in at 10am.I went back to the desk and asked for a plunger. After being told again that maintenance would not be there until 10am, I said that I wanted a plunger immediately.Eventually, two men came to the room who knew no English and had no idea what I was saying.It wasn't clear that they knew to get a plunger.Two other men came to our room who were able to unplug the toilet.

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: The facility needs fixing. Mirrors with frames falling apart. Rotted out bathroom doors. Rips in the wallpaper. No phone chargers on one side of the bed. The shower leaked and requested more towels for the morning and were told we could not get them until 8 or 9 in the morning. We were leaving before that time. So I could not take a shower. Overall for the price that we paid, the facility was sadly lacking. Would not stay here again unless they did a major remodel.
