Wonderful place to stay in...

Liked: Beautiful conference center, sparkling clean, well-decorated and appointed, excellent bath, bed, and breakfast. I prefer the decor and location of Rizzo’s Hyatt rival, the Carolina Inn, right next to the UNC campus, but it’s not worth a $100 premium, especially also charging for breakfast and parking. Rizzo also has a great outdoor pool for CH’s hellish summer weather.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Beautiful property, this is not only a hotel but also a UNC conférence center. Huge park, beautiful gardens, nice buildings, large swimming pool ... rooms are very spacious and confortable, they serve a good breakfast, staff very professionnel and helpful ... located in a residential and quiet neighborog just a few miles from downtown Chapel Hill, this place is perfect either for visiting or working ....
