Liked: Great hotel; great price for the area. Great suites! The four of us were very comfortable in the two room suite. Walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Nothing negative to say, really.

Liked: Beds were good. Suites were cutee! Housekeeping staff was very good and sweet.
Disliked: Pools sucked and elevator was broken to get to the pool. Walking up 5 flights of non air conditioned stairs I was hoping for more than a small bath tub as a pool

Liked: Loved the location, close enough to everything to walk and enjoy a little bit of seeing the area. Even though its an older building that was revamped - everything was really clean.
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly, housekeepers came into our room twice right after we checked in - no knock or anything, free coffee is advertised but no coffee was available and staff seemed to be clueless regarding this, confirmation email says check in is 3 but when we arrived we were told 4

Lovely in Miami Beach

Liked: The staff is very kind and reliable, ready to understand your needs and answer. The facility is nice, above all I liked the American Bar. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed
Disliked: The room was humid probably for the AC system, in the bathroom there is just a little space to put your stuff

Good hotel, worth staying

Liked: The hotel's location is fabulous! They provide beach towels, complimentary breakfast, and coffee—though not every day.P.S. Marvin is the best employee! He does absolutely everything, and whenever he has a day off, things just fall apart—no coffee, no organization. He’s incredibly sweet and friendly. Truly a standout!
Disliked: When we arrived, it was already 11 PM, and we guess the hotel had given our room to someone else. We ended up with a different room, definitely not a Superior King Balcony. The room was small, dirty, and broken. The balcony door couldn’t be opened, the safe didn’t work, and the air conditioning was so noisy we couldn’t sleep.Luckily, they changed our room the next day, and it was a big improvement.
