We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Beautiful large two bedroom apartment with super comfy beds. Excellent location with the beach just across the road and the shops a short walk away. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. We enjoyed an unsolicited upgrade and when we asked for a late check out it was no problem.
Disliked: The wifi dropped out a bit so we bought a wifi extender and that helped. The inline fan in the bathroom was in need of a clean

LOVELY BREAK AWAY

Liked: The young lady at reception was lovely and friendly. Very welcoming. After hearing about the flood trouble the place was lovely and clean. Great parking space. The unit was brilliant. Lots of space. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Best thing was the recliner chairs in front of the tv. So comfy, just like home.
Disliked: Just a suggestion, not a complaint. A long mirror would be good. Maybe a KS doona on the QS so two people have enough coverage. Maybe a box of tissues in the bathroom.

Liked: The view and the spa were awesome
Disliked: There was no elevator working, and nothing on the booking.com website about it. So we had to drag our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. That was NOT GOOD. Also there was no secure parking available due to local flooding, which was also NOT on the website. So we had to park on a random roadside behind the motel. This did not feel safe at all. If I had known any of this, I would never have booked to stay there. Zero stars - do not recommend :(

Liked: Having heard mixed reviews about the Restaurant, took the chance to sample the foods with my sister and could not fault anything, Service and food were excellent. Definitely be back for more meals when in town.Whilst the damage caused by the Cyclone Event were obviously in the process of being fixed a little bit of exercise daily was fine

it was good except for...

Liked: it was comfortable the pillow was excellent
Disliked: the elevator didnt work lots of stairs to the top floor especialy with lugage.

Passable

Disliked: Had to carry my heavy bags up 6 flight stairs as the elevator was broken

Liked: Spacious very comfortable and had all amenities.
