Disliked: Filthy dirty needs a good deep clean! All power points especially at bedsides covered in thick layer of dust, all vents clogged with dust, washing machine agitator broken. Kitchen appliances very out dated & range hood vent covered in grease, taps in bathroom leaked (poor sleep due to dripping) & having to clean unit & take rubbish away, grout on tiles were black but underneath couch was white (floors filthy).Certainly NOT 4 star accommodation.

Liked: The size of the 3brm unit. The size & temperature of the pool. The fact it had a spa & sauna
Disliked: The privately owned unit had quite a lot of shabby workmanship carried out on the inside of it

My mum and grandson had...

Liked: Staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant.Central , great coffee just downstairs
Disliked: No screens couldn’t have breeze in the night.Ants , dust under beds
