Liked: Great restaurant. The staff was helpful and friendly- especially those at the front desk.
Disliked: The layout of place was so confusing that it was very difficult to find our room- even with the map that we were given! We weren’t the only ones wondering the halls looking for an elevator or room numbers… it’s not really planned out well. There is a lack of parking on the weekend- so you’re not able to get close to the building your room is in that has one elevator that is located on the opposite side of the building! Plan to be carrying luggage for awhile! The guests are also a big turn off… in the lobby there were several guests walking around with beers and drunk (not from the same party) and people getting in their cars with open containers right in front of the valet! It wasn’t appropriate. And the pool was worse. People falling over, some drunk guy kept coming up to my kid and talking to him about women!, all the chairs were taken by noon, a lot of drunk people in the hallways, take out food outside of peoples rooms, etc. I feel like this hotel is trying, but it’s still attracting the Margaritaville crowds and it’s also a bit understaffed when it comes to the weekend.

The pool was okay but...

Liked: The pool was good, and the room A/C was okay
Disliked: The accuracy in the room you book is up to the staff when you arrive so I did not get my walk in shower as I requested, the sliding door in my room did not close properly the TV remote and Chanel’s where not available it wasn’t working properly. And as soon as we arrived from 3 hour drive The room we received at first was not cleaned or set up for new guest it was messy towels sheets and trash all over the room I thought someone was still their. Over all a very poor stay. Felt like a dressed up Motel felt bad being there for 2 nights

Disliked: The shower water was hot didn’t cool down after 10 minutes of waiting had to shower uncomfortable with hot water.
