Liked: Positives: The beach is very clean. The bathrooms and the room were very clean. The AC worked really well and wasn't loud. The room was in close proximity to the beach. The pools. You have access to two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, and a hot tub. The bar & stools overlooking the beach were nice to hang out at. There are Adriondack chairs and tables available as well for seating in beach view. The parking and convenience in proximity to shopping, restaurants, groceries, gas, mini gulf, ice cream parlors, etc. The bar had good drinks. The beach chairs are comfortable, and they will set up umbrellas that they have on hand for you. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Negatives: The room floor gets sandy quickly. Although there is a mat outside the door, the room would benefit from some kind of outdoor mat inside the threshold to help with tracking the sand in as well. Lack of a microwave. Beds and pillows lacked comfort. Even when extra pillows were provided. I'm glad I brought my own pillow. Others in our party weren't thrilled with the pillows at all. Many of the furniture placed outlets didn't work. The tv lacked channels and would often lose signal. More hangers would've been nice. The pools lacked clean towels. They were scarce, and even when restocked, the staff would put out maybe 8 fresh towels at the most. Maybe a couple of chairs outside the room would be good. You were automatically charged gratuity if you ordered anything like food or a drink. Only the bars, not the restaurants on location, ever appeared open.
