Disliked: Noisy.Loud Party in lobby to gone midnight no reception to control this Woken up by workmen knocking under room window early morning

Liked: Brilliant location, perfectly clean, friendly staff
Disliked: The room was very small, but location, cleanliness, staff, and facilities all made up for that

Short break away from LA...

Liked: Location perfect, great staff
Disliked: Nothing

Great location, modern hotel but...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location right next to the pier and downtown Santa Barbara. Rooms and the hotel in general was very clean. The hotel offers free parking.
Disliked: The room we had was quite small but we just stayed for a night so it didn't bother us too much. It had a little outside space but it was a blind patio so not very pleasant to hang out there especially when the sea is 50 meters away.

Liked: The lobby was beautiful. They had such a nice vibe and fresh cucumber water and coffee in the lobby. The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere.
Disliked: They were repairing a staircase right by our room and started work at 7:30 am. The room was too small for a king size bed it was al.ost wall to wall. The bathroom was so small, the shower set up allowed water to get all over the floor. And elevator had to go up stairs, after walking all day going up stairs was a lot. No real place to hang up clothes and the drawers were broken

Liked: We weren't aware there was a breakfast. I wasn't aware a £190 credit check would be made prior to our booking. I wasn't aware there would be a $34 valet charge. The sound insulation was poor.
