Liked: The lobby is beautiful and the staff was wonderful! Loved the infused water every day!
Disliked: Room and bathroom was a little tight for a family of 4.

Beautifully styled with comfort with...

Liked: The place was very nicely styled, the eye rested on lovely vignettes in the rooms. The furniture very comfortable. Loved the antique silverware, loved the chairs around the dining table. The curtains filtered the light beautifully, making it a very restful place. The water pressure was amazing! The bed however is tough to get in and out of so that should be noted for people that are not very agile. I will stay there again!
Disliked: As mentioned above, the bed was hard to get in and out of. The lighting could have been better in the hallway up the stairs.

Liked: Great location…..the rooms are an efficient use of space. They are always neatly kept. The location can’t be beat.

Long delay in check in....

Liked: Location, close to train station and the wharf.
Disliked: Inconsistent check in personnel. First check in lady told me to contact third party to confirm my reservation. Even the room is paid and have confirmation from hotel. She was chatting and more than helpful to other customers. After an hour I asked a more experienced lady who then resolved the booking smoothly. This lady handle who also check me in the previous week. Better training perhaps?
