Liked: The hotel was awesome! Way nicer than expected! Great location, great room! Even had a heated pool!
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Super clean and the staff was awesome. Gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby and came up multiple times to help with the internet in our room. (Turns out it was down in the area due to a storm)
Disliked: It's loud. I thought they were playing Mario cart going round and round with the cleaning carts in the morning. It's also older and our room could have used some up grades. If you are facing the pool there is no privacy if you open the only large window.

Liked: Complete scam. NOT a 4 star, a 3 star with leaky faucets. Please send me my money back

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop was nice.
Disliked: It isnt directly on the Riverwalk. Its in an odd place with construction around it. The hallway and the elevator smelled like smoke.

Liked: The main spaces were clean, updated, and overall nice.
Disliked: The halls and rooms were dingy.
