Liked: Clean, comfortable
Disliked: Even though the sign says "non smoking" room- you can tell it was a smoking room I'm the past- its hard to get rid of that smell.

Disappointing compared to previous stays....

Liked: Our room had comfy beds clean sheets and a beautiful view of the lake. It was peaceful for being on the main road into Dunville and close to downtown. As always staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. Lots of flies and bathroom smelt like pee with very stinky drains. The bathtub and shower curtain where not clean. There were stains and dead bugs on the walls curtains, ceiling and floors.

It was ok for the...

Liked: The back of the motel on the river. Close to town, and close to Niagra Falls and some beaches.
Disliked: Room was not very clean and the first room that was offered was terrible. Then was up graded to a little better room with a good view of the river. The rooms are very dated and need some much needed renovations.

Liked: It suited our needs for the time
Disliked: I did not get a good night sleep as I found the pillow to soft and the beds were kinda lumpy/

Liked: Location is good. View of the river is always nice. Place is basic, but good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was good except for...

Liked: I was very pleased with housekeeping and the efficiency that they took care of our room. The people were pleasant and available should we have needed them.
Disliked: We booked a room with two queen beds but were given a room two two double which didnt work for us really. The other thing was that is was a no smoking room and it was very much smoked in, it was awful. We opened the window and bought a candle to sleep there the first night...it was awful
