Bad customer service

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No hot water, the manager is rude. I got charged another 30 for my kids which is understandable cause I didn't include in booking. Then, I pay 100 for my deposit and he literally ran out the office for 15 min to go check the whole room and because of a stained towel he took 30! I have never in all of my booking gotten charged for a stained towel that just needed to be washed. And then ridiculously rude gentleman.

Liked: The location was good the rooms look clean and nice very quiet
Disliked: Thought the rooms were very clean and nice until I was sleeping in a roach ran across my legs in the bed they need to fumigate
