Disliked: There was no hot water and, although I understand that broiler issues can happen, the staff could have told us before we checked in or notified us through the day instead of us discovering it at 11pm when we couldn’t get other hotel options. The staff were super nice and gracious, but the experience itself was not good. Other than that, there were no blankets and the coffee machine didn’t work.

Liked: It was spacious, mostly clean, comfy, I liked the furniture choices, tv was decent
Disliked: There was no hot water, first thing they said to me at the front desk. Other than that it was great! View was good got what it was but one of the balcony doors was broken.I don’t ever complain. I feel bad typing this.
