Disliked: Breakfast; windows you couldn't see out of; did not know the restaurant and bar were closed.

Disliked: The pool was out of commission which was false advertisement. The room was surface clean, stained carpeting, hair on pillowcase and sheets, chips in chair. If you do not know about Rockford, do your research. Very sketchy area!

Liked: Beautiful foyer area and pretty nice view of river from the restaurant.
Disliked: The room was old and dusty. Not cleaned properly. Especially the carpet looks very old and had these strange pink stains in them. I booked a room with a River view but the view from our room which was on the 2nd floor is mostly blocked by the trees. Was disappointed with the breakfast, food not replaced promptly and not of the quality or variety that I was expecting based on other reviews. Plates and cutlery were also not cleaned properly.

Disliked: Pull out sofa mattress was stained and the sheets were dirty. Went for new ones and said they were out of sheets at desk. 2 family members had to drive over an hour home in the middle of the night because unable to use extra bed. This is unacceptable for a hotel.
