Liked: Good sized room, hotel grounds were clean. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Our room on the first floor was quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: The bedroom was a bit outdated.

The front staff and the...

Liked: The front desk staff was quite helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good. The parking was decent.
Disliked: The room smelled. The AC was noisy, and did not cool the loft. The bathroom was not stocked. The pool was shut down. There is no elevator to get your luggage to the second floor. The doors and general infrastructure seemed flimsy, cheap, door screens needed repair, paint was chipped, outside areas like decks needed cleaning, you get the idea.

Great Staff, less than satisfactory...

Liked: The staff was friendly and professional
Disliked: The pool wasn't in operation, the curtains were stained, the bedspread was stained, the bathtub/shower was gray and the shower curtain was mildewed in the bottom corners. The room smelled musty and the room was difficult to maneuver in with the spiral staircase (which also seemed like a fall hazard)
