Liked: The two rooms did our family.
Disliked: The television was not working because the cord was stolen, but to have 3 different staff come into the room is not a good experience to have on a getaway.

I had a fabulous stay....

Liked: Absolutely love the view of the River. The room was spotlessly clean. Love the jetted tub. Could spend hours on the balcony soaking in the view and fresh air. The staff are all very friendly and professional.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great place, I would stay...

Liked: King suite was a nice upgrade offered to us and the staff was professional, friendly and extremely helpful.

Great place for the price!

Liked: The room was nice and cozy. We didn't have an awesome view, but I know they have some options with a better one. I liked the patio and that dogs were welcome, and they had towels at the door for doggos feet. The breakfast was alright, too.
Disliked: The coffee was weak. Seriously, I had to think of something because really this room and place were great for the price, and we didn't have complaints.

Not worth the price

Liked: The room was great, I love that there were suites available!
Disliked: There were a lot of unsupervised teenagers. Like 2 groups of school kids. They over ran the place. The pool was packed and loud, we had to leave with our kids. Breakfast was not great, it is all pre packaged food and was empty when we went at 745, it started at 7. The breakfast area is very small, so with 4 kids I made trays and went back to our room to eat. It wasn't great, and we actually ended up going out to breakfast. Bagels (plain and everything but very packaged), muffins (my kids wouldn't eat more than a try bite), packaged hard boiled eggs, off brand cereal (like lucky charms, but again, not a great taste), the also had carton milk and apple juice, quaker oatmeal packs. The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Liked: The front desk staff was lovely! The suite was spacious. However, our bed sheets were not changed since we found curly black hair on the pillow and stains on the sheets :( and the tub wasn’t cleaned.
Disliked: The maids didn’t change linens which is a health risk
