Would highly recommend this place...

Liked: We love Riverside resort we would highly recommend it to anyone great for kids close to all the fun things to do in Qualicum in Parksville

Over all good and would...

Liked: The pool,mini golf and conscience store. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great
Disliked: I would have liked to have some place to hang items…no closet. As well as a shelf in the bathroom for tooth brushes and other items

Liked: The facilities are amazing and so are the staff! The waterlides keep the kids entertained for hours, and the pools are lots of fun, too! There is a lifeguard at the pool to keep the kids safe and the pool clean. They also have a park and mini golf, which the kids also loved.The staff went above and beyond, if you need anything just ask the front staff and they will help you out! The front reception area is also equipped with basically anything you need, so don't worry about forgetting anything. Oh, and they have the best ice cream and pizza too!They have a variety of different rooms, which I think is great, so maybe next time we will explore other options. We will definitely be back!

Liked: Location, our cabin was clean, staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: Mattresses were not comfortable.Pool facilities were not clean.Pool stairs were slippery.Pool and slides are old and present a safety hazard.
