Great value for the price....

Liked: Very good value for the price point. Modernized inside the rooms. Very clean. Very friendly front desk manager.
Disliked: It's a little awkward getting to the place when coming from the west on Highway 1. Have to take a round about way... best to use a map app.. For TV, streaming options only. Would be nice to have easier access to local and news channels without fussing about the set up of the TV

Excellent run family business who...

Liked: Family run business, really appreciated Sukhchan, he took good care of my family and went over the fine details when checking in. Rooms were totally Superb, again as I told his Dad this morning, it really felt I never left my home, just a total spotless clean room with a kitchenette and good size fridge. Will definitely be a customer for life as long as they are owning the hotel. There passion and care for their motel is so amazing.

One night stay in Riverside...

Liked: A large spacious room, new fridge and cupboards, bathroom was very clean.AC working very well and not too noisy
Disliked: Although the towels and bed sheets were clean, we always prefer (as is in most other hotels) to have white linen .

It was the best experience...

Liked: It was a delight.It was truly the best accommodation we had on our travels across Canada. The staff and owner go far and beyond to make your stay memorable.Give it a try and you experience what a good host is. I‘m sure this Motel will earn itself an excellent reputation.A total bargain for what you get.

Very good

Liked: We liked that we could walk from our accommodation down the beautiful leafy 1st street which showcased spectacular and diverse homes with individual unique architecture and spacious yards and gorgeous gardens like we have in Australia. It was teriffic. The local neighbourhood was beautifully manicured and full of community pride. Medicine Hat had so much to do and see, but for us, the highlight was a visit to Dinosaur Provincial Park and the badlands. Such an unexpected, lovely, relaxing, laid-back camping and UV friendly place. "Badlands" to qualify it for tourists, may have been bad for farming but it was an Awesome Canyon "good" for ecodiversity and natural habitat and an amazing Mecca for palentology and history we learnt so much at the interactive centre and on our hikes.10/10
Disliked: The length of our stay! Unfortunately too short and one of the days fell on the Victoria Day public holiday but luckily we didn't need to be entertained and we were still able to access the Visitors Centre that day after 12pm.Thank You. See

Great place to stay. Sukhchan...

Liked: The owner was very friendly and accommodating. It was nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable.
Disliked: A few suggestions to the owner. I wish the bathroom would have had a hand towel in addition to the two bath towels provided. I would suggest a few more dishes for a kitchenette suite. There were 2 mugs, 2 bowls, only 1 plate, cutlery for 2, and a few utensils. There were no glasses for drinking. Another suggestion would be a coffeemaker in the room. There was a toaster, and kettle but no coffeemaker.

Wonderful little motel

Liked: The owner is wonderful. Offered to help me carry my stuff up the stairs to the room, he made sure the heat was turned on, the room was clean and smelled good, the bedding was so luxurious and soft, and there was even a full ice cube try in the freezer.
Disliked: The only thing I'd love to see is the addition of coffee in the room. Other than that, I have zero complaints, and I'll definitely book there again.
