Very good

Liked: excellent friendly staff and lovely food and a well stocked bar
Disliked: bedroom doors were tight and you had to slam them to get them shut and you could hear other guests doing the same

Not as good as previous...

Liked: Room was clean, tidy and very spacious. Beds were not the most comfortable, mattress was pretty hard. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on first morning was excellent Second morning very long wait for most breakfast items to be available. Cups for tea / coffee were dirty and coffee was cold. So disappointing for breakfast in comparison to previous stays at this hotel

We love our stays at...

Liked: We have stayed here on numerous occasions and we love it everything we stay here...the rooms are spotlessly clean..the staff are always friendly and helpful..the food is amazing
Disliked: Having to leave

Friendly staff - good food,...

Liked: Main public areas very clean and fresh, dinner was delicious, staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No lift - I’m disabled so found it hard to get up and down the stairs to our room.

Charge

Liked: I got charged 10 pound on check out as the hotel said I booked 1 person for dinner I made no booking for dinner until I was at property yesterday and this was for 5 people who were in group they squeezed us in
Disliked: They charged me 10 pound saying I only booked 1 person for tea and this was a supplement I did not do this they said to contact booking com as it was on their system I have booked many stays but I am not happy having to pay 10 pound for something I did not do

Great value for money. Go...

Liked: Rooms accommodating 3 is one of the reasons we choose this hotel. Deal includes DBB with a late check out so even though we don’t live far away we stay here for peace and a catch up. Restaurant lovely and relaxing area to sit after. Food always good.
Disliked: Some bedrooms nicer than others
