Disappointing

Liked: Staff are very friendly and welcoming
Disliked: The bed in the room I had was extremely uncomfortable. It had a ridge right along the middle and you could feel the spring on both sides of the bed.

Liked: Dinner and breakfast was very nice as was the bottle of wine in the roomChest of drawers could do with being upgraded a bit tired but otherwise room was spacious and clean

Liked: The rooms were spotless and staff were very helpful with everything hoping to make a return trip
Disliked: Breakfast was very greasy and some things?were cold- would rather have it cooked to order

Liked: The hotel was clean & spacious. Lobby was a good size to relax in. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Beds too hard & pillows not the best. Bathroom had maintenance issues eg. taps not turning off. Bad room lighting

Liked: We loved the grounds and restaurant and bar facilities and the cute little fish pool.
Disliked: I think the outside of the building isn’t that appealing but inside was great and rooms lovely and spacious
