Staff and food made up...

Liked: Food was excellent (dinner and breakfast).
Disliked: Bed was not so good. Every time my Husband turned over, the whole bed shook. Bedding felt cheap. Room was cold.

Liked: It was clean and presentable the food was nice on the first night
Disliked: The food on the second night was not very nice ordered drinks and waited for 40 minutes and it still hadn’t arrived so cancelled it and the next morning I was billed for it

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good with my young granddaughter. They even let her feed their fish with a staff member .She loved her stay .

It could be a great...

Liked: Nice reception and bar/restaurant area.
Disliked: 1. Bedroom windows had no screening/blinds to provide privacy from houses opposite. Curtains were blackout and therefore no daylight when getting dressed/ hair/makeup etc. ….. we opened the curtains a little bit to be confronted by the window cleaner. 2. Restaurant menu was very disappointing from a non meat eater perspective. 2 fish dishes - salmon and bream - had chorizo in the sauce or broth and couldn’t be altered. Unless I wanted pizza or salad my choice was vegetable fajitas. Not even a plant based burger on the menu. Very disappointing as the wraps were so dry they could be rolled / wrapped. I left feeling hungry. I think the waiting staff need training as surplus wine glasses being removed were handled in an unhygienic way. At breakfast I encountered another lack of choice. I had beans on whole meal toast with a fried egg. No vegetarian sausage etc option offered.
