Liked: One of my favorites along the I-5 corridor. Always clean, quiet, comfortable, with a great river view and friendly staff.

Not the cleanest stay in...

Liked: I was initially quite excited when we pulled into the Riverside Inn… the location was great, the grounds were pretty and it sat right next to the beautiful river that runs through town… the rooms even had balconies to sit and enjoy the views. The man at the desk was so friendly and helpful, I even bought a hat that said Riverside Inn because I assumed it would be a good stay. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards and quickly had me regretting the booking.
Disliked: I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I thought people should be warned since this place does have good reviews. There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. We thought about leaving, but we had been traveling all day, it was late we and just wanted to get some sleep and get out of there first thing. The sheets were hard and scratchy so I had issues sleeping. There was quite a bit of hair in the bathroom, the furniture was dusty, and the floor was dirty. We even had some big spiders hanging out in there with us. I didn’t get to shower because of the mold and we didn’t eat the breakfast because the cleanliness of the room had me worried about their kitchen. All in all this stay was quite a bummer. We were road-tripping for 2 weeks and this was our least favorite stay just because of cleanliness issues. This place has such great potential if rooms were kept up better!

Pet friendly, comfortable and clean…loved...

Liked: Lovely, well appointed place. I was traveling with my dog and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. My favorite things were the riverside balcony where we spent the majority of our time and the peaceful location of the hotel.
Disliked: N/A

Relaxing stay

Liked: The view from the terrace was lovely. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast (included) was ample---ordinary, but good.
Disliked: Room could use some updating, but the price was very good for what we got.
