Great

Liked: It's perfect location to where I needed to be, staff were very friendly, even though they were doing renovations the place was clean.
Disliked: I was happy with my stay.

It was close to everything,...

Liked: The staff at the restaurant were amazing! Beautiful and my 3-year-old daughter loved seeing them for brekky or if we came down for dinner. They had so much patience for her and it made me feel so much calmer having her down there - as I was anxious about having her down there - if she didn't behave or be too noisy.
Disliked: Beds were horrible - so hard, I don't expect the most comfortable bed when going away, but yeah they were not comfortable, they had rips on the side of the bed, and 2 sheets to go around the doona...

Disliked:  Dear management We checked into your hotel this afternoon room 631at 2.00pm when we entered the room there was a broken door lock on the front door and sliding door to the bedroom was also broken you can't lock it.The room hadn't been cleaned properly dirty bath debris on the carpet broken light switch not a great start to a weekend away in the city. We were heading to a show and had to leave as the show started at 3.00 pm. I went to reception complained about the room and the manager said no worries we will fixed everything before you return. We arrived back in the room at 7.00pm to our disbelief nothing had been done. I went down to reception to the duty manager and asked if we can be moved to another room response was no sorry we are full.I can't believe the state of this place it's a major safety issue not to mention security risk. I expect a full refund not what I expected. This review will be published on booking.com
