Liked: Property is right in the heart of city, in-house restaurants and hotel staff were Amazing. We all enjoyed food at restaurant

Liked: Location was great close to everything Restaurant and Bar were really convenient and the buffet breakfast excellent value for money the bed was really comfortable and
Disliked: The saying is you get what you pay for and this venue is not the oldest or most run down in Brisbane but nor is it a premium Hotel, the fittings for example the shower glass doors are older and like the curtains could do with being replaced

Disliked: Bathrooms ridiculously small. Lighting in the living area very poor. Soundproofing of rooms poor - voices from nearby rooms audible throughout the night.Restaurant extremely sub-standard. - Wine was off. Staff argued with me that the red wine was opened that morning, which was simply not possible unless the wine was already off when opened (highly unlikely given the year) - Request for dressing not to be added to the Caesar salad ignored etc. the salad arrived drowned in dressing.

Liked: Nice and beautiful 1 bedroom accommodation, with a large balcony in a nice location. Clean bathroom with washer/driyer
Disliked: Water bottles not provided. Intercom didn't work and I had to go down to the lobby for even simple issues. Front desk won't give room details unless you ask for it, like WiFi, restaurant info. TV supports only the YouTube channel. These are not big concerns though. Overall a good stay.
