Very good

Fine if you are after...

Liked: It is on the edge of Southbank so well located for food and public transport.
Disliked: It is right beside the major bridge so road noise is high, plumbing can be a bit on the nose, little lighting in the room and ammenities are a bare minimum.

Quality, affordable accommodation in a...

Liked: I liked the central location of the property. Close to Suncorp Stadium, Southbank, restaurants & Brisbane city. The room was well priced and I like the fact that it was self contained with a little kitchenette, washing machines & dryer, dining table etc.
Disliked: Our T.V. didn’t work. The staff at reception did come up to try to fix it, but were unable to. He did offer to move us to another room but by that stage, it was getting late.

Pleasant

Disliked: The main bed: found the bedding itself to be quite uncomfortable. Don't think the bathroom extractor fan worked. The bathroom is quite cramped.

Disappointing

Liked: location was nice, easy to check-in
Disliked: The hotel doesn't maintain its facility very well, some reparations are needed, room was super small, carpet was disaster, you have to pay for the coffee/tea if you have breakfast at the hotel

Disliked: Living area couch was small and some stains on it.
