Terrible WiFi. Rude staff

Liked: Have stayed before without issues however this was different , poor WiFi , rude staff
Disliked: Extremely poor WiFi , asked to change room. Refused . The manager claimed I wasnt refused a change , I asked them to check cctv and have been ignored since. Very poor customer service
