Riverside Bed & Breakfast

Exceptional

Liked: What a gem of a bed and breakfast in the dales in a quiet, tranquil village, Bainbridge, unlike the busy Hawes. Roxanne was a delightful host, very accommodating and very knowledgeable about walks and the area. Do ask if you stay. The breakfasts were delicious and set you up for the day. The room was very clean and very comfortable with a small fridge with a small bottle of fresh milk provided as well as coffee tea and biscuits. Sunday lunch at the Middle house in Askrigg, 1 mile away was delicious as were the evening meals. They have a car park at the back as parking can be difficult.

Great location, attentive host and...

Liked: Roxana was a very attentive host. The traditional full English breakfast was excellent, locally sourced produce well cooked.
Disliked: Sound proofing between rooms is non-existent to the extent of allowing conversations to be heard. Discretion and considerate neighbours are the order of the day, luckily during our stay we had both

Liked: The property was great , breakfast was excellent and the host Roxanna was lovely and friendly , so welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay great .

Liked: Roxana is an excellent host. Breakfast was superb. The location is stunning and well placed for a walking holiday.

Disliked: The shower was a bit difficult to switch on but was soon fixed when we mentioned it.

This is brilliant B&B excellent...

Liked: The whole facility was brilliantly done, quirky, original, inviting and Roxana was the perfect hostess. Breakfast was great and set us up for the day.Walking in this area is magnificent.
Disliked: I am a light sleeper and did find the sound of the river in spare the only minor problem.

Exceptional

Liked: The Riverside Bed and Breakfast was a perfect place to stay for a 3 day get away in the Yorkshire Dales. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything needed such as some fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea/coffee. The breakfast was knock out delicious. Roxana was a very lovely host and we very much enjoyed our conversations with her.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that I didnt like to be honest. Parking was limited but then there are only a few rooms. Would recommend staying here.

A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: The breakfasts were very good, Roxana is an excellent cook.It was very nice to sit in the garden and relax.
