Awful

Liked: Location and email of arrival instructions, heating wifi etc
Disliked: Whole flat needed a deep clean and some refurbishment. The freezer compartment was broken, there were no shelves in the fridge and unless careful the fridge door didn't shut. The shower seal was discolored and looklike it needed a good clean, there was black mold or dirt on the showerhose. The WiFi didn't reach beyond the front room. The door to the apartment had no deadlock on it. We only stayed one night out of the two we booked

Great value & location but...

Liked: Great location, easy to walk to everything. Lovely breakfast hamper and funky décor
Disliked: Freezer compartment in the fridge is broken and won't stay shut so leaking water into bottom of fridge onto food. Also the only shelf in the fridge didn't stay up so had to balance it on the bottom drawer. Mildew in the bathroom on the wall next to the extractor fan hadn't been cleaned up.

Liked: Only 1x box of small box of cereal and no bacon we had everything else so not too bad
Disliked: The bed in the box room could be upgraded and some new pillows and would been nice to have some Manuals for the appliances ref: coffee machine.nice

Best breakfast basket

Liked: A fantastic location for seeing the touristy sites but also away from touristy crowds. The Lounge room was gorgeous, the breakfast basket was generous.
Disliked: The WiFi didn't reach all parts of the apartment which was really difficult for my daughter who has autism and really needs WiFi access to access stuff to calm down.

Attractive apartment. Quiet and ideally...

Liked: Two nice double bedrooms. Warm and comfortable apartment.Great location to walk into Bath city centre for night at the Theatre Royal.Short walk from Lansdown bus stop having used the Park and Ride overnight car parking service. (£2+ £3 return bus fare)Breakfast hamper with cereals, croissants jam and fruit was ample. We also enjoyed boiled eggs and toast.All the makings here for tea and coffee (including fresh milk and sugar)Hard to fault at a very reasonable price.Thank you.

Very good

Liked: We stayed in a different apartment due to a last minute problem so can't be specific on that but the breakfast was fab and the owner helpful with great communication. Sorted out alternative accommodation very quickly.
