Disliked: I tried reaching out to cancel, explained my situation in detail, and the only response was “✅”And they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t cancel, or even give a yes or no. They didn’t even reach back out after I sent a reply. I would not recommend based off costumer service alone.

Liked: There was a previously used was cloth hanging from the shower, behind the door, no telling how long it was there. Trash on the floor by the bed. And the door would not lock completely. The dead bolt would not lock, no matter how hard we tried.
Disliked: Cleaner, everything working, smelled moldy.
