Would not stay there again....
Liked: Breakfast was horrible. Eggs overcooked and not edible.
Disliked: Rooms were old. Carpet was nasty. When we got to our room there was a dog ball left on the floor which tells me they weren’t vacuumed.

You get what you pay...
Liked: It’s cute and cozy, the beds are amazing. My daughter and sister love it.
Disliked: I mean the staff could be a little more happier and less rude. I felt as if I was held hostage with the questions she asked and how she presented herself. I do love good amazing customer service, I would love to stay here again but idk about the front desk, I’d rather hear my mom yell at me than check in at a hotel with horrible customer service.

Liked: What an adorable place to stay!! Perfectly sized cottages on the rivers edge. Very nice check in/out process, and the cottages are clean, well stocked and perfect for a getaway.

Liked: The setting on the river. Individual cottages.Bartender from Bulgaria, Nickolay?, kind, hard-working, affable, caring.
Disliked: The dyed-blond girl who flitted between the dining room staff and the bar. Most important to flip that hair around and check her phone at the table she occupied next to the bar. A very unprofessional employee; argued with me, was verbally aggressive, and in general, immature and rude. After 30 minutes of not being offered a menu or ice water, I approached the bar and asked this girl if we could have a menu. She immediately jumped on me;demanding to know if I'd checked in with her. No, I wanted to sit at a table by the window in the bar area. (My husband and I had eaten and had drinks and appetizers at that same table the previous night, so our expectations and understanding of the "rules" seemed clear). This girl is not a professional and certainly isn't a positive role model.
