A Complete Disappointment

Liked: We were extremely disappointed with the room. It was nothing like the Tapestry Hotel Collection in Rhonert Park - the exact opposite. It felt like a Motel 6 with luxe pricing. We will never go back!!! Our room looked out over a large HVAC system on the roof, and the room was completely austere with dirty tile floors and no attention to the design. Complete rip off as we paid $393 for one room, two beds, cold floors, sparse thin towels, no art on walls, etc.
Disliked: The rooms need a complete makeover and the pricing should be half. The extra charge for parking $29 a night put our stay well over the $400 mark and it was a complete waste!!! We could not wait to check out.

Comfortable stay!

Liked: Cute hotel on the bank of the Willamette River. Every morning you can watch the rowers go by from the balcony! There is a walking/running trail along the river. Comfortable bed and you can go down to the restaurant and get coffee drinks and wine to take to the room. Employees seemed to be always cleaning something! Very nice.

Pleaant stay, comfortable room

Liked: nice room friendly staff, having a car parking fee is excessive (build it into the room price). Service in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good. Wish there were a few more menu choices.

Liked: A beautiful clean hotel and it’s close to OSHU
Disliked: My husband and I both woke up with lower back pain. Our previous stays we had never had any problems with our back pain.
