Riverlodge Motel

OK, would probably use again....

Liked: Location was great, check-in instructions were clear. Bed was comfortable and warm.
Disliked: There was blood on a sheet in the bathroom cupboard which had transferred to one of the towels, it was not very nice to find this!

Safe & Helpful

Liked: The owners generously offered to let me hitch with them, as they were travelling to Blenheim. Where I am currently based. Sadly, I had already booked other travel arrangements. So they gave me a map of Nelson & directions. This helped me get a feel of Nelson & was sooo convenient, as the motel is only a 5 minute walk from town.I would recommend this motel for all solo female adventurers like myself.
