Quiet, comfortable, central, economical, but...

Liked: The room was in a back section, upstairs with a view over the rooftops from the top of the steps.It was clean and relatively spacious.The bed was comfortable and the room was warm, private & quiet.Electric blanket worked well.It was a very quirky room, with a hidden single bed in the attic space behind a folding cupboard door. No working light in there! The microwave and kitchen items are all hidden inside two small wall cupboards.We didn't use the wifi or tv so don't know about them.
Disliked: The shower is crazy small! It is a tiny corner shower that was barely big enough for me. My husband is 185cm tall and could not wash his hair or anything above his shoulders as the shower nozzle is far too low.I am 172cm tall & struggled to bend under the shower to wash my hair. If we turned backwards & bent over our butts pushed the shower handle off!There was only one electric wall plug on one side of the bed.Needed an extension cable to other side for phone charging etcThe exterior steps were quite steep - we didn't know about these when booking, and as I had hurt my back earlier I found the steps a bit tricky, plus my husband had to carry all our bags up and down as I couldn't lift anything.

Liked: Very comfortable studio type room. A short walk to town. Owner very hospitable. Comfy bed and quiet.
