Liked: The property was neat and clean. Had the parking necessary for our RV and boats. Rooms were very clean and the whole place was neat.
Disliked: they included breakfast was terrible

Disliked: Severely outdated room and property, foul odor, no ice container in room just lid, unable to locate light switches for mismatched light fixtures, weird dated ripped canopy style bed, broken lock on door, pool closed, somehow advertised as riverfront but you cannot see the river

Fine for an overnight stay

Disliked: 1. When I checked in the desk person was eating dinner. She didn't bother to get up and wait on me, but sat in her chair with all her food in front of her while checking me in.2. Breakfast was from 6-10 AM. We went to breakfast at 9:00 AM. There was 1 egg and 1 biscuit in hot pan and NO waffle mix in container to make a waffle. No one was at desk, there was a telephone number to call -- which I called, but no one answered.3. Computer chair in room was shabby (#121 or #123)

Liked: Convenience was the key. There were simply no other places around with a decent price. Good A/C, hot shower, and free breakfast. It'll do in a pinch.
Disliked: An old location. The outside can use some maintenance such as the lawn. In addition, the entrance had loose tiles and water on the floor from a leaky A/C. The carpet on the stairs was old, dirty and worn out.

Liked: Price
Disliked: No handicap accessibility to the second floor where we were booked. No elevator. No pool/hot tub despite advertising. The smell. The creaky bed that was hard as a rock. Dirty carpet in the room. Room phone didn't work. Teeny tiny toilet you have lower yourself onto carefully if you're tall. Dirty tub. I was up at dawn booking something else for the rest of my trip. I paid more, but I guess you get what you pay for.
