Liked: Staff was great. Boldt Castle view room with balcony was fantastic. Food was very good. Grounds, room and hotel were very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: It seemed there were only fans available/on in the two restaurants. No ac or ceiling fans to cool and move air. This made dining uncomfortable and I'm sure the working staff didn't appreciate it.

Liked: It was clearly an older property but seemed it had been renovated and all was very clean and comfortable. We had a good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on site. Great location.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like.
