Great place to stay overnight...

Liked: Very nice hotel with a pool and lawns to the river. Staff all very friendly and helpful food very good and breakfast super. Very recommended

Overnight stay at Riverdale Hall

Liked: The room was a decent size, with ample storage facility. It was not too warm and I enjoyed the view over to the river.
Disliked: The toilet seat in my room (number 2) would not stay up, not great for a man using the loo.Downstairs, the wood is rotten on the sill of the windows between the reception area and the staff area. It was a little bit unsightly.

I won’t be rushing back.

Liked: The staff have been here a long time and much of their clientele are returning guests who appreciate the homely feel.
Disliked: The whole place was outdated and mismatched. Service was fine but not special.

Liked: We were really impressed with all aspects of the service provided at The Riverdale Hall Hotel was above and beyond in the restaurant for our evening meal, and all aspects of the hotel. We will definitely be returning

Liked: Lovely country hotel on outskirts of nice town, shops and pubs, walks all nearby.

Liked: More brilliant than I could have hoped for. Room with a verandah, beautiful grounds, and exclusive use of the swimming pool. Amazing food and coffee. Very relaxing.
