Liked: Outstanding service. The staff were perfect in every way, they were exceptionally helpful, very friendly and generally charming. The setting for the hotel is perfect, the pool great, food amazing. Price was outstanding value.

Such friendly and lovely staff,...

Liked: Staff were all very friendly, hard working and helpful. Seemed like old friends after a brief stay of only two nights. Meals were excellent and plentiful.
Disliked: Hotel is tired and in need of renovation. Good to have a swimming pool, but again needs renovating to remove the damp and staining around it.

Liked: Great location just outside keilder nice walks or mountain biking then come back and relax staff 10/10 and the food 10/10
Disliked: It was only for one night need more nights
