Riverbend Motel & Cabins

Overall a really nice property...

Liked: Location!!! Right on the river and easy walking distance to main street/downtown area, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Adequate parking available, can see your vehicle from any room. Felt very safe the entire stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Older facility (but decently maintained). Breakfast selection was minimal grab and go (but was available free of charge), not a hot breakfast. Bath wash was extremely low and not refilled, but at the same time I did not point it out to housekeeping or front desk - had I done so I amcertain it would have been promptly rectified.

Liked: The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is at the riverfront and a couple of minutes to walk to downtown. The hotel was remodeled and clean . A basic continental breakfast, nothing special. The staff was very friendly. I would stay there again for sure and recommend this hotel.

It was pleasant short trip...

Liked: I love the location, off the Main Street which is so congested with tourists and traffic, they try hard to make it a peaceful sanctuary away from the crowds.
Disliked: It is definitely a tourist trap - tons of themed vendors, tons of people.
