I wanted to love everything...

Liked: The location in proximity to the main strip was excellent. We really enjoyed the swings right at the river and the picnic pavilion on the river where we had two picnic dinners. We loved Betty’s grocery store where we bought unique food items.
Disliked: The motel is advertised as handicap accessible with accessible rooms. There is a very steep ramp to access the main floor that is not ADA compliant. My electric wheelchair could not go up the ramp (luckily I am able to walk short distances and walked up the ramp). I watched another lady that was not able to walk try to get up the ramp, her husband and my boyfriend had to push her up. We booked a king accessible room, which had a nice bathroom, but the door threshold made it very difficult to get in the room. If you are confined to a wheelchair this is not a good choice. The noise from the room above made it very hard to relax, we could hear ever step they took and their dog jumping on and off the bed all night.

Liked: We liked the location, the ability to park underneath, breakfast was good, and the view/easy access of the river.
Disliked: The noise from the room above and the price for the dog per day (4lb pup). I didn't realize the price when I first booked

Amazing value in the heart...

Liked: You couldn’t ask for a better location, right in the center of the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we loved the complimentary continental breakfast in the morning. To top it all off, we got an amazing view of the nearby Chatahooche River. We would definitely come back again.
Disliked: Everything was excellent!

Beautiful Trout Stream on property!

Liked: Riverfront. Fly fishing on premise, porch swings overlooking the River.
Disliked: Older facility but updated, a little walk to get to Main Street.
